What we bring to the community

Our offerings range from Yoga in the both Gentle/Dynamic styles of Vinyasa Flow (Posture Flow) to Yin Meditations (Still Poses), with an interest in supporting sustainable practices steeped in the foundations of these Internal / Martial Arts with classes that take it Back to Basics while including introductory teachings for Brand New Yogis.

For those with limited movement, due to injury or even pregnancy, we offer Mobility Flow classes which emphasizes access to the practice of Yoga utilizing Chair / Standing techniques, plus community outreach classes invested in offering practices in Recovery /Trauma-Informed Yoga, Tween /Teen Yoga, and Baby & Me / Family Yoga.

In addition, we offer the Internal / Martial Arts practices of Qigong & Tai Chi, which are accessible to all bodies, at any age even for those with physical restrictions. These modern fusion-style practices are rooted in traditional disciplines that explore breath-work techniques and depending on which practice is chosen, still meditative poses &/or sequences of rhythmic posture flow. Emphasis is placed on synchronized breathing and energizing movements &/or stillness that cultivate the vital life force energy that aligns our mind-spirit-body.

Our community offers something for everyone; all shapes and sizes, all ages, to all people invested in self-care with a sincere interest to learn.

We work within our community

We offer yoga for everyone. We have specific classes and curriculum designed for populations such as youth and seniors, even those who require a Trauma-Informed or Recovery-Informed approach to the practices offered.

Qualified & Experienced Instructors with the appropriate training are brought in to work with Addiction Recovery Groups, Veterans Programs, Seniors Centers, Specialty and Public Schools, and more.

We offer discounts for those in need, as well as sliding-scale donation-based community programs / classes. We are also creating regional access to practice!

Community members speak

"I just want to say thank you to Dragon Spirits Arts for providing such amazing Tai Chi and Yoga Classes. We have an older population and the teachers have been great at accommodating them and helping them work at their own pace. We appreciate the classes you have given and everyone can't wait until you come back again! Thanks!"
